Shipping costs for items in my online store are estimated in the checkout process, and are subject to additional fees based on the order total, shipping destination, and cost to insure your delivery. Any overcharges from these estimates will be refunded to your payment method.

Any item that requires a price inquiry (from ‘selected works’ or direct inquiry) will be subject to shipping fees, for both domestic and international orders. I will contact you to determine shipping estimates.  

Once I have shipped your order, you will receive an email update with shipping details and a tracking number.  I cannot be held liable for unanticipated delays in shipping or address verification.

All domestic and international shipments are handled by either UPS or USPS, unless otherwise agreed upon with the purchaser in advance. International orders are declared with their full retail value and may be subject to additional import duties, for which the purchaser is responsible. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Please be aware that orders are processed Monday through Friday, and delivery time estimates do not include weekends or Holidays.

Returns and exchanges are not guaranteed. Refunds will only be offered if the item is damaged during shipment. This process will require photos clearly indicating the extent of damage to the box, packing materials, and item. Either a full refund, exchange, or store credit in the same amount will be made. 

All pieces are meticulously measured before being listed. Refunds due to dissatisfaction with size will be declined. 

Commissioned items which have been made to a customer's specification may not be returned.

Requests for returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order. Exchanges outside of this period will not be accepted. 

Please note that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, your entitlement to a refund or exchange may be affected. It is requested that returned items are packed with diligent care in their original (or equivalent, if original is damaged) packaging. For the return of non-damaged items, the purchaser will be responsible for any return shipping fees. Please do not ship your item back until your return has been approved.

Exchanged items will only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. In this case, any sum debited from your credit or debit card from the sale of the returned goods will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of initiating your return or exchange. The cost of returning your item will not be refunded.
